Bachelors degree is preferred, • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in a multi-specialty PREOP/PACU, preferably in a hospital or ambulatory surgery, • Must have CDC training, • Experience with Operating room experience, • Must have at least 1-3 years as a charge nurse in a clinical setting, • Must have knowledge of various EMRs systems, • Must have knowledge of health care laws and regulations, • Must have the ability to be flexible with working hours., • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing, • Must be able to stand for at least 8 to 10 hours daily,, • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs., • Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat., • Must have good problem solving and independent thinking skills, • Must have great customer service skills
