Job Description Immediate opening for an Litigation Attorney with at least 3+ years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience for highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This position is for the firm's office in Farmington Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! Even better, this law firm will be offering a hybrid schedule that offers attorneys the ability to work remotely from home part of the week! Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 3+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience! Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Michigan bar, and a proven track record in: • Insurance Defense litigation;, • Prior experience handing a file from beginning to end;, • A self-starter capable of handling a full case load;, • Experience handling mediations and taking depositions;, • Embracing and developing client relationships;, • Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients;, • Excellent verbal and written skills; and ***Salary commensurate with experience, as well as portable business.
