As a Project Surveyor at Atwell, you'll play a key role in supporting some of the nation's most exciting renewable energy projects. From solar and wind developments to large-scale land acquisitions, you'll take ownership of survey efforts that span multiple states and complex project sites. You'll collaborate with a skilled team of office in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys large-scale, multi-site work and has a strong background in boundary resolution, title review, and data management for energy projects. Responsibilities * Lead and manage surveying efforts on renewable energy and utility-scale projects across the U.S. * Provide expertise during proposal and planning phases, helping establish project scope, budgets, staffing, and schedules. * Conduct and review boundary analysis and title review to support land acquisition, easements, and real estate documentation. * Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process survey data and prepare deliverables that meet client and regulatory standards. * Oversee and review field survey calculations and make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and accuracy. * Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and inspectors to ensure consistent project delivery and collaboration. * Participate in ongoing professional development, including training events, survey conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications * Advanced understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents. * Demonstrated experience with large-scale, multi-state renewable energy projects preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble equipment, and Trimble Business Center. * Prior field survey experience strongly preferred. * SIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus).
