Production Manager, Operations Shift: THURSDAY-SUNDAY (3:00PM-1:30AM) Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Production Manager, Operations. As Production Manager, you will deliver strategic operational leadership across all aspects of production and will cultivate a culture that is second to none. You will be hands-on and immerse yourself in the trenches to optimize productivity, promote growth, spark innovation, and incite change from within. You will …. • Manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of customer orders, • Drive continuous improvement in production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives, • Build and maintain relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments within HelloFresh, • Effectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression and development, • Monitor communication between multiple production lines to eliminate downtime, • Establish procedures, metrics and processes to drive productivity and optimization, • Analyze and identify areas of improvement in cost savings, production, and lead times, • Create, learn, and assist on strategic planning and forecasting to improve existing production issues, • Bold: you are a true entrepreneurial spirit and not afraid to take calculated risks to disrupt the status quo; you're a visionary leader that listens to your team and values their ideas, • Analytical: data is your friend; you're able to translate numbers into action and pave the way for efficiency, • Strategic: you recognize and resolve situations that are ambiguous or challenging, focus effort on meeting or exceeding goals, and pave the way for efficiency, • Problem-solver: you have a knack for production planning and are a critical thinker who uses logic to identify alternatives and present solutions to complex problems while thinking in terms of contingency plans, • Bachelor’s degree preferred, diploma or GED required, • 5+ years of operational leadership in food manufacturing/production plant, • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer fulfillment / eCommerce operations, • Understanding of food safety regulations/compliance (SQF, HACCP, AIB, BRC), • Proven success managing teams of 100+ employees in a hyper-growth organization - our culture is a critical part of our success, and you need to help drive it, • Effective project management skills, well-versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma, APICS, Kaizen certification a plus), • Competitive salary, 401k with company match that vest immediately upon participation, and company equity plan based on role, • Generous PTO, including sabbatical, and parental leave of up to 16 weeks, • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits with options at $0 monthly, effective first day of employment, • Tuition reimbursement for continuing education (upon 2 years of service), • Up to 85% discount on subscriptions to HelloFresh meal plans (HelloFresh, Green Chef, Everyplate, and Factor_), • Access to 7 different Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) including those for BIPOC, women, veterans, parents, and LGBTQ+ #Factor #JD1008 • Hands-on and solve problems on the spot, • Resilient and comfortable with occasional re-prioritization, • Not interested in playing politics.
