Our Trusted Connectivity business unit delivers solutions for the Telecommunications and IoT markets, including SIM Cards, eSIMs, Subscription Management platforms, and secure connectivity services, ensuring interoperability and enabling secure connections between people, companies, and objects worldwide We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support and enhance our total rewards strategy in a fast-growing international technology environment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Compensation and progressively expand its involvement in Benefits optimizating initiatives and becoming an important contributor to the evolution of our total rewards practices. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Total Rewards • Manage and maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with the technology market., • Coordinate compensation review cycles, including merit reviews, promotions, bonus processes, and salary adjustments., • Conduct compensation benchmarking using specialized market data sources., • Support the management of variable compensation programs, incentives, and recognition initiatives., • Contribute to annual compensation and benefits budget planning and monitoring., • Support the administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs., • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to help ensure competitive and scalable benefits offerings. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights • Analyze key compensation metrics including pay equity, compa-ratio, retention trends, and market positioning., • Generate KPI, insights and reports to support People leadership and business decision-making., • Evaluate compensation positioning and its impact on attraction and retention strategies., • Support data-driven recommendations related to compensation and benefits effectiveness. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning • Participate in organizational transformation and organizational design initiatives., • Support workforce planning activities including organizational structures, role mapping, and capability planning., • Assess and support the impact of organizational changes on compensation structures and people planning. Business Partnership • Partner with leaders, on compensation-related topics and internal mobility processes., • Promote understanding and adoption of compensation and benefit philosophies, salary review processes, and total rewards practices across stakeholder., • Support talent-related and workforce cost discussions through data and market insights., • Participate in international expansion and compensation alignment initiatives., • Support consistency and governance across global compensation practices., • Collaborate with regional People & Culture leaders and legal teams to support compliance with local regulations., • Support the implementation and improvement of compensation and People technology tools., • Contribute to the enhancement of scalable and flexible total rewards practices., • Support the People team in additional projects and operational priorities as needed, contributing with flexibility and collaboration in a fast-paced and evolving environment., • Provide guidance and training to People team members on compensation processes, compensation practices, and internal compensation frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, ideally within technology or fast-paced international companies. & Benefit will be a plus., • Strong experience with compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and compensation review cycles., • Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, or organizational transformation initiatives., • Experience in international and multicultural environments., • Experience working in agile environments., • Hands-on and adaptable mindset, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution when required. Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of salary structures, job grading, and compensation frameworks., • Experience with compensation planning and budget allocation processes., • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills., • Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI or equivalent will be a plus. Soft Skills • Analytical and strategic thinking mindset., • Strong communication skills., • Ability to work effectively in dynamic and evolving environments., • High level of integrity and confidentiality., • Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required., • Strong team-oriented mindset.
