MPI are looking for a temporary PA, for our client based in Salford, Manchester A standard DBS is required for this role • Rate: £13 to £15 per hour inside IR35, • Start date: ASAP, • Duration: 26/09/2025 - Only a month but can potentially extend if there is need., • Business area: Children in Need., • Hybrid: 2-3 days in office. First week fully in office., • Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon- Fri, • Interview: Informal conversation, likely teams. Key Responsibilities and Impact • Manage busy, complex diaries for the CEO and others in the Chief Officer Group,, • Support the CEO and Business Advisor to achieve good governance by co-ordinating agendas, collating papers and minuting key meetings and ensuring follow-up of actions, • Providing assistance on governance-related tasks, • Co-ordinating directorate and other conferences (may include the booking of venues, travel and accommodation) Essential Criteria • An experienced PA / EA, • Great administrative and organisational skills with a focus on complex diary management, • Good communication skills and confident to communicate with senior stakeholders, • Able to use their own initiative, • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information Desired • Ability to advise senior managers on how to shape their diary to work effectively, • Able to be approachable yet firm as the situation demands, • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
