Rated "Good" by Ofsted, our purpose-built nursery has been nurturing children since 2000. With a capacity of 52 children, our one-level facility creates a friendly and happy environment, featuring three spacious rooms for play and learning. Plus, we offer free parking for our staff! Your Key Responsibilities\n\n • Step into full Nursery Manager responsibility for a well-supported setting.\n, • Lead and develop a high-performing early years team.\n, • Ensure high standards of care, education, safeguarding, and compliance.\n, • Drive continuous improvement in practice and outcomes for children.\n, • Take ownership of staffing, performance, and day-to-day operations.\n, • Build strong relationships with families and your local community.\n, • Collaborate with regional leadership to support quality and occupancy goals.\nAre You the Right Fit?\n We’re looking for a Deputy Manager ready for progression who can demonstrate: \n\n • Strong, proven performance in a Deputy Nursery Manager role, preferably supernumerary.\n, • Confidence in leading rooms, staff, or key areas of a setting.\n, • Solid understanding of EYFS and Ofsted expectations.\n, • Experience supporting inspections or quality improvement work.\n, • The ability to lead teams, influence practice, and manage responsibility.\n, • A clear ambition to step into full nursery leadership.\n\n You may already be acting up into manager responsibilities or leading significant areas of your current setting.
