And we do it together. 💼 About the role As Head of Partnerships (Reports to VP Growth), you will expand the Ultralytics ecosystem and influence — not direct revenue — by designing scalable partnership frameworks and owning the roadmap across hardware, cloud, datasets, and academia. You will turn world-class technology into real-world integrations that make YOLO ubiquitous on edge devices and in the cloud. You’ll target deep alliances with leaders like ___, ___, ___, ___, ___, ___, and ___, while cultivating relationships with emerging AI and edge startups. Your partnerships will drive integration quality, benchmarking, SDK compatibility, and technical validation that compound our long-term advantage. Operating as both strategist and operator, you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and benchmarking, work with Marketing on co-marketing and joint content, and partner with Sales/Customer Success on enablement that increases customer value. You’ll represent Ultralytics at flagship events such as YOLO Vision, GTC, and CVPR — building thought leadership through talks, panels, and joint announcements. Success looks like measurable ecosystem adoption, integration quality, partner reach, and brand influence — tracked and communicated regularly with clear metrics and artifacts. 🚀 What You’ll Do Ecosystem Strategy & Expansion • Define and own Ultralytics’ partnership roadmap across hardware, cloud, dataset, and academic ecosystems., • Establish and grow strategic relationships that extend Ultralytics’ reach, technical integration, and visibility., • Build deep collaborations with both established tech leaders and emerging AI startups, driving innovation at the edge., • Develop and operationalize a partnership framework that enables scalable, long-term collaboration and mutual growth., • Ensure partnerships drive ecosystem adoption and influence, not direct sales quotas. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver integrations, reference designs, and performance benchmarks that make YOLO a default choice on edge devices and cloud platforms., • Collaborate with Marketing to launch co-branded stories, demos, and technical content that resonate with practitioners and decision-makers, highlighting real-world outcomes like those in our ___., • Enable Sales and Customer Success with partner-backed assets, solution briefs, and technical artifacts that increase adoption and customer value. Representation & Ecosystem Leadership • Represent Ultralytics on stage and in boardrooms, advancing thought leadership at industry forums, including YOLO Vision events such as Ultralytics' ___ event and global conferences like MWC and CVPR., • Build a trusted network across hardware vendors, cloud providers, OEMs, and research institutions, to inform our roadmap and accelerate innovation., • Define success metrics for ecosystem health and publish regular partner-impact updates that inform strategy and celebrate wins. 🧠 Skills And Experience Core Requirements • 8–10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem management, ideally across AI, hardware, or cloud technology — with a track record of integration-driven alliances that ship., • Proven success in building technology alliances or integration-driven partnerships that enhance ecosystem reach., • Strong understanding of computer vision and edge AI fundamentals, with the ability to translate between executives and engineers with clarity and credibility., • Experience managing relationships across both large enterprises (e.g., NVIDIA, Arm, Google) and fast-scaling players (e.g., Hailo, Axelera)., • Hands-on experience driving compatibility and performance with optimization stacks such as ___, ___, Core ML, and TFLite; familiarity with export patterns from the Ultralytics ___., • Knowledge of cloud AI services and training infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, including GPU clusters and MLOps considerations., • Proven ability to lead benchmarking, technical validation, and co-development programs using our ___ and integration best practices., • Strong ability to connect technical, business, and community goals into cohesive partnership outcomes., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and program leadership skills; comfortable navigating enterprise vendors and fast-scaling startups., • Willingness to travel internationally for partner meetings, on-site integrations, and industry events.
