Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Presales Architect In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies. Responsibilities • Demonstrate expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CRM, S2P, HRSD, MCO, FSO etc, • Demonstrate Experience with presenting ServiceNow solutions to clients in a value-led approach. Case study would be provided for round 2., • Assist the Sales personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis., • Assess the customer's strategic needs, uncover business requirements, determine the gaps between business requirements and product functionality, and build relationships with clients onsite., • Gather the appropriate information to generate proposals with the right service components, pricing, and assumptions., • Evaluate ServiceNow products and solutions that might improve or enhance services provided, while aligning and working closely with onshore ServiceNow leadership., • Understand business and technical problems addressed by the proposed solutions, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security, etc., • Produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation, outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ServiceNow., • Hands-on experience creating demos, and ability to demonstrate ServiceNow products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge., • Provide technical leadership during client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder presentations. Qualifications we seek in you!
