As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Duties • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude., • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring all details are noted for the kitchen., • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience., • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met., • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly., • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders., • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and bar areas, including resetting tables for new guests., • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred., • Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers., • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods., • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous for maintaining health standards., • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and collected.
