Operations Coordinator Hybrid (some travel to Nottingham office) Working Hours: Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, 7 days a week We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a problem-solving environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams. The Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising the performance of a fleet of gas-powered generators. You will: • Monitor systems and tools to track performance and identify issues, • Manage and oversee operational activity across multiple assets, • Investigate and resolve availability or performance issues, • Carry out daily root cause analysis and reporting, • Produce and maintain operational reports against targets, • Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Management teams to drive performance improvements Skills & Experience • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively, • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach, • Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement, • Experience working with Excel to manipulate data What’s on Offer • Competitive salary between £28,000 - £30,000 per annum with a bonus scheme of up to 30%, paid three times per year (subject to performance), • Company pension contribution of 5%, • Company laptop and mobile phone provided, • Initial two-week training period at head office, • Full-time, permanent role (average 37 hours per week) with opportunities for overtime If you’re looking for a role where you can make a tangible impact on operations while working flexibly from home, send your CV to Lily at Viqu Energy
