The Role: We are in search of a highly proficient and systematic Office Administrator to assist the team in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of client assignments, adhering to our rigorous company standards. While prior professional office experience is advantageous, we are committed to providing comprehensive training for the successful candidate. This is a full-time position, based in our Maidenhead office, requiring 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday). Given the nature of the work, this role is office-based with no hybrid working options. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting Project Managers by executing robust, accurate, and timely administrative activities across all revenue streams. This involves a spectrum of tasks, ranging from general support functions to specific project-related administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of service-delivery processes across the business. Your Responsibilities Will Include: - Direct accountability of general or specific project footage management, encompassing file download, accessibility, and archiving according to project requirements. - Management and allocation of the necessary paperwork for the daily deployment of Site Operatives. - Filing and generation of overview summaries for project-specific datasets. - Long-term project-specific administrative tasks, including creating, managing, and delivering datasets, and generating reports on project performance. - Active facilitation of procurement activities, including purchase order generation and stock ordering. Requirements: - Strong administration skills paired with a keen attention to detail. - Proven organisational skills with adaptability and prioritisation capabilities. - High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective project information dissemination. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Things are about to get even more exciting! What You’ll Do We are looking for a full-time Community Associate to join our clubs. Our Community Associates are the first point of contact for our members and their guests. This role is pivotal to the success of our clubs. You’ll be the face of UNTIL, build long lasting relationships with our members and play a crucial role in ensuring they have a great experience with every visit to our clubs. There are three key components to this role: 1) Deliver Best-In-Class Service - welcome members and guests with genuine warmth and care. Be one step ahead by naturally anticipating their needs and understanding their different requirements and expectations. 2) Maintain High Standards - conscientiously follow UNTIL club operating procedures, brand & behaviour standards and complete daily/weekly tasks, checklists and walk-arounds. Ensure all areas within the club are clean and presentable, co-ordinating with colleagues, contractors and cleaning team to resolve issues. 3) Support a Thriving Community - act as a community promoter and ambassador. Foster positive member experiences, behaviours and interactions. Seek member feedback to improve our services and their experiences.
