What You will Be Doing β’ Drive the full sales cycle for Yardiβs Investment Suiteβincluding Investment Manager, Investment Accounting, Debt Manager, Acquisition Manager, and related solutionsβdelivering measurable value to investment management firms., β’ Engage and influence senior decision-makers across investment managers, private equity firms, and asset managers, building long-term, trusted relationships., β’ Lead strategic conversations to uncover client needs and position Yardiβs suite as the platform of choice for efficiency, transparency, and ROI in investment operations., β’ Run executive-level meetings and product demonstrations with clarity and confidence, aligning solutions to client priorities., β’ Partner cross-functionally with pre-sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client journey from first contact through adoption., β’ Maintain precision in pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting through CRM best practices., β’ Stay ahead of innovation, mastering Yardiβs rapidly expanding product portfolioβparticularly new AI and data analytics capabilitiesβand completing required certifications., β’ Represent Yardi as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client engagements, both virtually and in person. What You Bring β’ 5+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven consultative, solution-selling approach., β’ A track record of new business acquisition and direct engagement with senior investment management stakeholders., β’ Deep expertise in the sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposals, demonstrations, and contract negotiation., β’ Proven ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations, ideally within investment management technology., β’ CRM proficiency with consistent accuracy in pipeline management and client engagement., β’ Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership., β’ Flexibility to travel up to 50% and work from our London office as required. Bonus Points For β’ Experience in commercial real estate investment, property management, fund accounting, or PropTech., β’ Familiarity with ERP or investment management SaaS platforms and real estate fund administration processes., β’ Understanding of accounting principles and financial operations, with experience selling to CFOs or finance executives., β’ Demonstrated success in both new client acquisition and account growth., β’ Working proficiency in French and/or German.
