Development Details: This role will be based at a residential development located in Belgravia. The development contains 71 residential apartments, benefiting from a car park and leisure suite. It is also located close to Victoria and Sloane Square Underground Station. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be: • Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the site, • Applying basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to resolve issues, • Using strong problem-solving skills to identify and fix faults efficiently, • Driving as required as part of your duties (full UK driving licence essential), • Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting., • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others., • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development., • Skilled in handling feedback
