Paid Media Specialist | DTC | Scaling ecommerce brand Greater Bristol | Hybrid \n Up to 55k DOE plus bonus and perks \n\n\n We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Media Manager to own and scale paid media activity for a scaling independent D2C brand with global ambitions. \n\n This is a pivotal role within a growing team, where you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid campaigns across digital platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. \n\n Combining a strong analytical mindset with creative instinct, you will be working closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure paid activity is not only performance-driven but also brand-aligned. \n\n If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly data-driven, and have a passion for fashion and youth culture, this is your chance to shape the future growth of a brand where sustainable impact matters. \n\n Paid Media Strategy & Execution \n Own the paid media strategy across channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. \n Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns to achieve performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions, LTV, traffic growth). \n Manage and forecast paid media budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and maximum ROI. \n Lead creative testing, ensuring ad content is tailored to platform best practices while staying true to the brand. \n\n Analysis & Performance \n Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying opportunities to optimise targeting, bidding, and creative. \n Produce regular reports and insights for senior management, translating data into actionable strategy. \n Collaboration & Content Integration \n Work closely with the content and social media teams to develop performance-focused creatives for paid campaigns. \n Collaborate with CRM, brand, and merchandising teams to deliver integrated customer journeys. \n Provide feedback on organic content trends that can inform paid media testing. \n\n Paid Marketing Manager with 3+ years experience in paid media management, ideally in eCommerce (fashion/lifestyle a plus). \n Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools (GA4, attribution/tracking software). \n Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly. \n Understanding of ad creative best practices and ability to brief/test creatives effectively. \n A balance of data-driven decision-making and appreciation for brand storytelling. \n\n Competitive salary DOE \n The opportunity to directly shape growth through high-impact paid strategies. \n A dynamic, creative, and supportive working environment within a fast-growing independent fashion brand. \n Staff discount and clothing allowance. \n Career progression opportunities in performance marketing, strategy, and leadership. \n Be part of a driven and creative team with a strong community following and clear growth trajectory.
