As our clinics continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and reliable Patient Coordinator & Clinic Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our clinics. The Role This is a varied patient-facing role supporting clinic operations, patient care and administration. Tunbridge Wells will be your primary place of work. However, the successful candidate must be willing to travel to and support other UKSONO Healthcare clinic locations, including Orpington and Canary Wharf, as required. Key Responsibilities • Welcoming patients and ensuring an excellent patient experience, • Managing appointments and clinic schedules, • Answering telephone and email enquiries, • Processing patient registrations and payments, • Supporting clinic administration, • Acting as a chaperone during examinations when required, • Preparing clinic rooms before and after clinics, • Maintaining clinic stock and supplies, • Supporting the sonographer and clinical team, • Maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional and friendly manner, • Good organisational skills, • Basic IT skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Willingness to travel between clinic locations when required, • Right to work in the UK Desirable • Previous healthcare, receptionist, administrative or customer service experience, • Previous NHS or private healthcare experience, • Full UK driving licence Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
