The ability to support people with a wide range of presenting needs is essential. As a Senior Support Worker, you will assist the management team to lead and supervise a team of Support Workers to implement individualised support, ensuring consistency and effective communication throughout. Prior experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities is essential.
