Where will you be working? At M Group Telecom, were enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. Private networks- We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? This role is offered on a fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will join our 24/7 Service Management Centre, where you will manage customer tickets, monitor critical systems, prioritise and escalate faults, coordinate engineer activity, and ensure SLA targets are consistently achieved. The shift pattern operates on a three-week rotation: • Week 1: MondayFriday, 08:0016:00, • Week 2: MondayFriday, 10:0018:00 What youll bring? You have outstanding customer service skills and are a reliable team player who ensures work is completed to a high standard. With a positive attitude, you overcome challenges and build strong relationships with customers and engineers. You're an excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines.
