Requirements We are looking for: a multi tradesperson who has good experience as a handyman and can also do plumbing or electric work with ease; someone who takes pride in their work and provides an excellent finish; an independent thinker; someone with a good understanding of spoken English who is comfortable conversing with clients. Salary Finding a tradesperson who is also a master of their craft, quick, friendly and polite can be a challenge. We believe in quality over quantity and our earning potential of up to £60,000 a year reflects this. About us We have more than 10 years’ experience in property maintenance, working in high-end residential properties as well as office and retail spaces. It is our aim to provide an outstanding, bespoke customer experience, to leave every customer delighted with the service and work they have received. Our tradespeople carry out hundreds of skilled jobs, including: plumbing, electrics, handyperson, painting and decorating, wallpapering, finding and resolving leaks, drainage issues, tiling, sash cord changing, bath screen changing / adjusting, tap replacement, unblocking blockages, et cetera. Our tradespeople are all highly professional, discrete, well-presented and fully insured. Employment The position is full time on a self-employed basis. The rate of pay is negotiable, based on experience and skills.
