As a Project Document Controller, you will support the Project delivery team by maintaining the project Document Management Systems (DMS) handling document transmittals, coordination and issue of reports and notices. Working on site with the Project team, you will need to be proficient in both Project Information Retrieval System (PIRS) and Aconex systems. You will monitor, organise, and maintain project records, implement best practice document control processes, and assist with the compilation and handover of final documentation to operational teams facilitating the migration of the data.
