Required Experience, Skills, and Education • 10+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role in the laboratory technology industry understanding R&D and QC lab processes and data flows with experience in LIMS, E-Notebooks and Chromatography Data Systems, • Leadership experience in Managing through Process and demonstrated Cross functional success., • Understanding of life sciences technology validation processes and deliverables., • Proficient presenting/demonstrating technology solutions to scientific and technology leaders and managers., • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills, • Broad knowledge of, and interest in, current business challenges, products, and sales practices, • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Strong consultative approach including listening, questioning, persuading, • Highly self-motivated and self-directed personality, • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture, • Proficiency in AWS and Networking technologies, • Experience working with a CRM system (Salesforce, Hubspot, , etc.), • Bachelor’s degree or above in a scientific or computer science discipline, • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as business needs dictate.
