Bring us your capability, and we’ll help you take it much, much further What you'll be doing As a Maintenance Manager, You Will • Ensure the smooth and safe operation of all building services within the East Slope and West Slope student accommodation developments., • Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems., • Lead on reactive maintenance, ensuring timely response to resident and facility requests., • Schedule and manage routine inspections and compliance tasks (EICR, gas safety, fire alarms, lifts, etc.)., • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, documentation, and statutory records., • Act as the Authorised Person (low voltage, mechanical), Responsible Person (Water), and COSHH coordinator., • Manage and mentor a technical team, supporting skill development and ensuring high standards of workmanship., • Liaise with external contractors and stakeholders, managing contracts and ensuring quality service delivery., • Develop and monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports, and drive continuous improvement., • Assist with building refurbishments, upgrades, and planned expansion projects., • Maintain statutory compliance with health, safety, and building regulations, overseeing risk assessments and audits.
