The Role We’re looking for a proactive HR Advisor to support our growing business and help us continue building a workplace where ability, integrity, and respect thrive. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers across all areas of the business. This is a hands-on role, offering real variety and the opportunity to make an impact through employee relations, policy development, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Support the Head of HR in delivering the HR strategy and business priorities., • Partner with managers to deliver clear, consistent HR advice., • Lead and support employee relations matters with professionalism and care., • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities., • Contribute to the delivery of HR initiatives that enhance collaboration and performance., • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment law., • Produce HR reports and insights to support business decisions. Who you are You’re an experienced HR professional who values integrity, teamwork, and open communication. You’re approachable, solutions-focused, and confident advising managers at all levels. You have a strong understanding of HR processes and employment law, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels. Key Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a similar environment., • Proven experience in a generalist HR role., • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice., • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) desirable., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Confident managing ER cases independently., • Organised and detail-focused, with strong problem-solving ability.
