Crew Resource Manager WUK Based inLuton Crew Resources Manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing crew availability to ensure efficient and effective operations within Wizz Air UK. This role involves data analysis forecasting and collaboration with various departments to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensures efficient recruitment and onboarding procedures for entry crew to deliver the necessary crew resource on time at the base which is the optimal operationally and from crew satisfaction point of view. Manager delivers operational performance increase and supports crew work-life balance. • Manage interaction with commercial regarding AC allocation planning AC utilization (including crew utilization impact), • Allocate crew bases using optimized manpower planning and transparent rules., • Monitor and collaborate with scheduling team to ensure that commercial schedules are optimized and are able to accommodate disruptions leave and training requirements., • Collect analyse and interpret crew scheduling data to identify trends and inefficiencies with predicting forecasted patterns allocation, • Optimize crew demand modelling to enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs., • Develop and maintain forecasting and financial tools as required, • Monitoring crew database and provide inputs to CCC and HFO regarding base waiting list based on transparent rules., • Coordination with Training department and Crew planning on entry trainings., • Initiating and implementing IT developments for improved processes in Crew Resources and/or cross functional crew related processes., • Initiating cross functional projects to increase crew satisfaction and to improve operational performance., • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on crew performance utilization and key metrics., • Create and oversight Recruitment Plan for CC and FC, • Oversight of recruitment events, • Coordination of Marketing campaigns and recruitment advertising strategies, • Monitor recruitment results, • Maintaining a base waiting list based on transparent rules., • Maintain and control Crew database., • Supporting Command Upgrade procedure., • Oversight of holiday management for crew., • Oversight on crew onboarding process including vetting procedures, • Coordination with Training department and Crew planning on entry trainings., • Oversight of Logistics for trainees (CC and FC)., • Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system (advantageous), • Understanding of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements (advantageous) Fluent English (both written and spoken) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Growth mindset and can-do attitude, • Good oral and written presentation skills, • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, • Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills, • Good leadership and people management skills, • Flexibility to travel as required, • Advanced proficiency in MS Office When applying please only provide valid information regarding your educational background and certificates as the original documents will be requested during the hiring process.
