SALARY : Circa £28,000 DOE 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company Pension Health Cover (after 12 months) Onsite Parking Good Transport Links (Close to the hospital) About The Role Of Sales Administrator / Coordinator The role of Sales Administrator isnt just a behind-the-scenes administration role, its a dynamic, people-facing role where you'll be right at the heart of customer enquiries and coordination.In addition to handling customer calls, processing orders, and supporting the wider sales, operations and warehousing teams, theres also a great opportunity to reconnect with lapsed customers through light proactive outreach and even do a bit of mini-account management with lapsed customers who place orders with you. This is a really diverse opportunity - Perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping things run smoothly. Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, both inbound and outbound Supporting the Business Development, Operations and Warehousing Teams Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience Maintain up-to-date sales records and assist with regular reporting Liaise across departments to coordinate stock and shipping Reach out to lapsed or dormant customers with a friendly, consultative approach Help ensure stock levels and inventory align with customer needs WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week | Week1: 8.30am - 4.30pm - Week2: 9.00am - 5.00pm What Youll Bring Youll be confident, organised, and enjoy connecting with customers Whilst this isnt a sales role, the position offers an opportunity to account manage your own client base from proactive contact with lapsed or dormant customers through updating them about stock availability and offers - therefore you will bring positive energy to customer outreach. Previous experience in a sales coordination, customer service, or administration support role A friendly communicator with a positive, upbeat attitude Confident on the phone especially when making warm, proactive calls to lapsed customers Organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Good working knowledge of MS Office and order processing or CRM systems A team player whos also comfortable taking initiative and working independently Experience in the fire safety industry is a bonus, but not required If you would like to learn more about this great opportunity, please apply and we will be in-touch to discuss. ?
