Responsibilities As a Service Tech Coordinator, you will: • Test, calibrate, validate, and repair electronic or analytical instruments, products, and modules, • Maintain functionality and accuracy of equipment through preventative maintenance and refurbishment, • Work on Keysight products as well as third-party instruments, • Perform service primarily at a Keysight site, with occasional work at customer locations, • Interpret customer requirements and identify potential needs to ensure satisfaction, • Evaluate assignments and determine appropriate technical actions, • Apply analytical thinking and develop customized approaches to complex tasks, • Solve technical problems requiring broad and deep knowledge of repair, calibration, and maintenance techniques, equipment, and processes Qualifications • Higher education degree or specialized training/certification in a relevant technical field, • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, • Typically a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, • Extensive knowledge and skills in electronic repair, calibration, and maintenance, • Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues, • Strong communication and customer service skills
