Role Description Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) – Full-Time, Remote Thee B.O.S.S Group Ltd The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of Thee B.O.S.S Group Ltd, a multi-brand organisation operating across FMCG, beauty, fashion, homeware, and lifestyle. This role is responsible for translating the company’s long-term vision into clear, prioritised, and executable strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, and investor readiness. Working closely with the founders and executive team, the CSO will lead strategic planning, market analysis, expansion initiatives, and capital-aligned decision-making across the group. Key responsibilities include developing and executing group-wide business strategies, assessing market and consumer trends, identifying and validating new growth opportunities, and ensuring strategic alignment across brands and functions. The CSO will also oversee financial and capital strategy in partnership with leadership, supporting fundraising, portfolio prioritisation, and long-term value creation. This is a full-time, remote role suited to a senior strategic leader with experience operating at board and founder level within complex, growth-stage or multi-brand environments. Qualifications • Strong skills in Strategic Planning and Business Planning, • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Finance, • Proven experience in Executive Management, • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, • Experience in similar leadership roles or industries is a plus, • 10+ years in strategy, growth, or operating leadership within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or multi-brand environments, • Demonstrated experience scaling businesses across products, markets, or geographies, • Proven involvement in capital raising (angel, strategic, private equity, or VC), including pitch preparation and investor engagement, • Experience working directly with founders, boards, and senior stakeholders
