You’ll be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Director, and play a pivotal role in shaping and expanding our presence within the enterprise market. As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships with large organisations. You will oversee the entire journey from initial engagement to onboarding and account handover or ongoing management where appropriate, ensuring strong Enterprise sales and Supplier Partnership outcomes. You’ll leverage ArtiCAD’s innovative technology solutions to solve complex business challenges, helping major brands transform the way they design, sell, and deliver to their customers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a robust enterprise sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives, alongside the Sales Director., • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise customers through strategic prospecting, networking, cold outreach, events, and digital channels., • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with the Sales Director, throughout the end-to-end sales cycle., • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges, goals, and technology requirements., • Develop and present tailored proposals and technology-driven solutions to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers., • Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals to meet and exceed revenue targets., • Identify and engage key stakeholders, including gatekeepers, influencers, and decision makers, to build strong relationships and effectively navigate complex organisational structures., • Deliver effective account management for core enterprise customers, including onboarding and coordination of production and development requirements., • Partner with the technical and product teams to craft bespoke technology solutions that address customer needs., • Support the creation of persuasive sales presentations and solution demonstrations., • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion within target markets., • Lead corporate strategy workshops with prospects to explore innovation opportunities and map customer journeys., • Provide guidance, coaching, and collaboration support to other team members within the sales organisation., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within the CRM, ensuring efficient processes are followed and the sales pipeline is effectively managed. Requirements: • 3+ years’ experience in technology or SaaS sales, within enterprise environments., • Experience from the Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom industry preferred., • Proven success selling to large organisations., • Strong understanding of the MEDDPPIC sales methodology and its application in managing complex sales cycles., • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding annual and monthly sales targets., • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Confident in engaging and influencing C-suite and senior decision-makers., • Proficient in CRM tools for pipeline and account management.
