The Role The Business Development Manager will play a key role in delivering the sales strategy across B2B channels. The role combines strategic business development with hands-on account management and relationship building. Responsibilities • Support the delivery of commercial sales strategy across trade and retail channels, • Drive revenue growth, gross margin, and product mix across assigned partner accounts, • Develop, manage, and grow key trade and retail relationships, • Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities within trade, retail, and B2B markets, • Support the growth of a direct B2B commercial sales channel, • Work closely with retail partners to maximise sales performance, • Provide commercial insight to support leadership decision-making, • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise promotional investment and campaign activity, • Support national and regional promotions, partner events and exhibitions, • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure aligned delivery against objectives, • Share market insight and customer feedback to support product and business development, • Support sales and product training initiatives Skills & Experience Required • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business development or senior sales role, • Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts, • Strong commercial and analytical capability, • Confident influencer with partners and internal stakeholders, • Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-focused, • Excellent communication and presentation skills Due to the amount of response we receive, unfortunately we are not able to give feedback to individuals, if you have not heard back within 5 days please assume that you have not been successful for the role you have applied for.
