As one of the first hires in the newly established UX function, you will be supporting the shaping of the vision, strategy, and execution of user experience across a new product portfolio. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for defining not just how the product looks, but how it works, how it speaks, and how it scales. You’ll work closely with the newly established engineering and product teams. This role offers the chance to influence technology standards across multiple greenfield projects. What we’re looking for: • Systems Thinker: 5+ years of Product Design experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy applications., • Pragmatic Innovator: You know how to balance the "perfect" design vision with the realities of technical constraints and legacy migration., • Interaction Specialist: Experience designing conversational flows, progressive disclosure patterns, or adaptive interfaces is highly desirable.
