To strengthen our team, we are looking for a proven Personnel / Payroll professional: Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for the employees of the Group in UK, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and statutory requirements Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly Act as the first point of contact for queries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law Maintain systems and employee records in line with GDPR requirements Support the development, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and processes Support and Coordinate Group Reporting requirements including the development of an appropriate Country Reporting Ensure Compliance Monitoring including guidance and advice for manager and operative workforce Ensure the compliance of the Organisation with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practice, reviews and modification of policies and processes to maintain compliance. Participate in the implementation of Special projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation. Lead the implementation, configuration, and successful adoption of the Groups T&AA system for Labour employees, ensuring it meets business requirements, integrates with the payroll systems, and operates efficiently post-launch. Support audits and internal reviews as required. Required profile: Proven record of at least 5-year experience in a similar role (preferable Construction Industry) CIPD Qualification (minimum Level 3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with distinct problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong personality with the ability to achieve set targets and goals Excellent Knowledge of UK Payroll and Tax legislation (mandatory) Working knowledge of UK Employment legislation and GDPR (desired) Proficiency of Payroll / HR Software Solutions (preferable MHR Itrent) Proficient with Microsoft office (mandatory) Working knowledge with Business Analytics & Process Solutions Having a passion for working with people and working beyond the confines of the job description What we offer: You can expect interesting tasks, working in dynamic teams, exciting projects and practice-oriented training and development.
