You’ll deliver engaging training through a blend of remote learning, one-to-one coaching, and workplace support, helping apprentices develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for success within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training across Financial Services, Regulated Financial Planning, and Paraplanning Apprenticeships, • Support learners through coaching, teaching, and assessment activities, • Prepare learners for examinations and End Point Assessment (EPA), • Deliver remote and workplace-based training sessions, • Develop engaging curriculum content and learning materials, • Monitor learner progress and maintain compliant learner documentation, • Support achievement, retention, and progression targets, • Ensure delivery aligns with Ofsted standards, apprenticeship compliance, and awarding body requirements, • Embed employability skills, safeguarding, Prevent, and Equality & Diversity within delivery, • Work collaboratively with employers and internal quality teams Ideal Candidate You’ll be an experienced Financial Services professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for teaching, coaching, and learner development.
