We require an expert Head Chef who is used to a menu which is always curated from seasonal inspirations . This luxury restaurant is heavily influenced and guided by the exceptional variety and quality of local ingredients available in the New Forest including the home grown organic produce which has been picked straight from the restaurant's very own garden.
