Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment & Façade Projects South Wales or Bristol | Fully remote An established construction business is expanding its refurbishment and asset refresh division and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of high‑rise and complex residential projects across the South of the UK. This role sits within a specialist team delivering façade upgrades, recladding, life-safety works and internal refurbishments to existing buildings, often within live environments. This position offers full commercial involvement from early-stage estimating through to final accounts, providing real ownership and visibility across projects. The Opportunity You’ll be involved in a diverse range of refurbishment and improvement works, including: • High‑rise façade and building envelope replacements, • Fire compartmentation and life-safety upgrades, • Internal refurbishments of rooms and communal/amenity spaces, • Projects within occupied residential buildings The division is in a period of accelerated growth, making this an excellent time to join and contribute to shaping how projects are delivered commercially. Key experience includes: • Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying / commercial role, • A good understanding of construction technology, procurement routes and CVR processes, • Ability to manage workload independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders Desirable (but not essential): • Experience in façade, recladding or refurbishment projects, • Background in new-build environments to support technical and commercial understanding What’s On Offer • Salary up to £55,000, • Company car or car allowance (salary sacrifice options available following probation), • Discretionary annual bonus, • 25 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays, • Health cash plan and life assurance, • Contributory pension scheme, • Fully remote, flexible working model, • Ongoing professional development and career support, • All required travel fully expensed Why Apply?
