Strategic Partnerships Manager - Aviation Recruitment Location: Field-based; UK & international travel with periodic office visits Salary: Competitive + performance bonus Overview We are seeking a commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead the acquisition and development of high-value client relationships across the aviation sector. This is a senior, revenue-focused role centred on building long-term partnerships that deliver consistent, multi-role hiring demand. Operating at senior stakeholder level, you will position Line Up Aviation as a trusted, compliance-led recruitment partner while driving sustainable revenue growth through structured, partnership-led engagement. The Role You will own the full business development lifecycle; from identifying and engaging target organisations through to structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements. Working in close alignment with the recruitment function, you will ensure all opportunities are thoroughly qualified, commercially viable, and effectively transitioned into delivery. Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Acquisition & Growth Create and execute a targeted account strategy; identify, engage and convert high-value organisations into long-term clients Develop multi-threaded relationships across technical, HR and procurement stakeholders to secure and expand opportunities Grow accounts through cross-sell, multi-role hiring programmes and workforce solutions Commercial Leadership Lead the full commercial lifecycle from qualification through to close; structuring PSLs, MSAs and retained, contingent or exclusive agreements Negotiate pricing, margins and service terms aligned to long-term partnership value Deliver value-led proposals supported by market insight, hiring data and commercial rationale Strengthen and elevate the organisation's sales capability through support, guidance and best practice Pipeline Discipline & Delivery Alignment Maintain a structured, high-quality pipeline with clear qualification, forecasting and consistent progression Ensure opportunities are commercially viable and fully scoped before handover to delivery teams Partner with recruitment leadership to maximise conversion, fulfilment and long-term client retention What We're Looking For Proven business development experience within recruitment, staffing or workforce solutions across both permanent and contract markets.
