Job Summary: A key part of our growth strategy is to accelerate the development and expansion of our SAP business across our install base. In this role, you will leverage your broad SAP knowledge to engage with clients, understand their business needs, and design tailored propositions that drive value and transformation. You will play a pivotal role in presales activities, collaborating with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to position our SAP services effectively across all solution areas including S/4HANA, Cloud, Analytics, and Industry Solutions. As our SAP practice continues to grow, this position is critical in helping us enhance our capabilities, strengthen our customer relationships, and attract new business in both the upper mid-market and lower enterprise segments. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Pre-Sales Support and Service Design- • Collaborate closely with the sales team and SAP counterparts to manage and coordinate all SAP-related presales activities., • Lead preparation and delivery of RFP responses, proposals, demonstrations, and presentations throughout the sales lifecycle., • Engage with clients to define requirements and design solutions that balance cost, scope, and business value., • Develop commercially viable service estimates and support contract drafting and commercial negotiation., • Ensure all proposals align with internal governance and quality standards. 2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Enablement • Work with key stakeholders and SAP delivery teams to refine our overall SAP GTM strategy across our install base., • Develop and evolve propositions, advisory offerings, packaged services, and “Run Better” innovations that enhance customer success., • Collaborate with marketing to create SAP-focused digital content, campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership material., • Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape winning sales and delivery strategies. 3. Solution Advisory and Customer Engagement • Act as a trusted advisor for customers across their SAP landscape, supporting transformation planning and roadmap development., • Support “Fit4Future” advisory engagements to help customers identify optimization and innovation opportunities., • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, supporting business reviews and driving continuous improvement., • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure a seamless handover from presales to implementation. 4. Internal Collaboration and Practice Development • Work across our SAP practice, delivery centers, and partner ecosystem to build a strong internal community and knowledge base., • Identify opportunities to enhance our SAP service portfolio and reusable assets., • Support internal enablement and best practice sharing across SAP solution areas. Key Qualifications: • Broad SAP knowledge across S/4HANA, Cloud, ECC, Analytics, and Integration., • Strong understanding of SAP architecture and solution capabilities., • Experience in multiple industry sectors., • SAP certifications and presales accreditations preferred but not mandatory., • Understanding of migration paths from ECC to S/4HANA (Public and Private Cloud). Required Skills / Attributes: • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills., • Ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels with clients and internal stakeholders., • Strong commercial acumen and value-based selling approach., • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high level of autonomy., • Experienced in leading workshops and design sessions to explore business value and innovation., • Professional, structured approach to communication and documentation., • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
