Youll work term-time only (35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year) , Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM.Plus, youll take part in up to three weeks of training and development during school holidays.This is a community-based role, where youll deliver personalised education programs to post-16 learners with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.Youll support them in developing essential life skills such as: Using public transport, ICT skills, Cooking and independent living.Money management.You may also accompany them to work experience or college.Every day brings new challenges and rewarding experiences as you empower young people to build confidence and independence.If youre passionate about making a difference and want a fulfilling career, wed love to hear from you!
