Overview Are you looking to kickstart your career in the insurance industry? WK Webster, a Gallagher Bassett company, is in search of a Case Assistant to join our exciting team. How you'll make an impact ⢠Entering and maintaining accurate data in case and document management systems, ⢠Registering new claims and uploading relevant documentation, ⢠Coordinating incoming documents and correspondence in line with internal protocols, ⢠Collaborating with the Accounts team to arrange timely payments and manage financial documentation, ⢠Preparing client reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ⢠Youâre an organised individual with excellent time management skills, ⢠Youâll be able to communicate effectively via email and phone correspondence, ⢠You can demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), ⢠You work well independently and as part of a team, ⢠You have attention to detail and can effectively focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment On top of a competitive salary, great teams and exciting career opportunities, we also offer a wide range of benefits.
