The Director of Strategic Projects will lead high-impact strategic programmes focused on organisational capability, innovation and transformation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll turn strategic opportunities into programmes that improve employee capability, productivity and ways of working. The Role: • Lead the design, development and delivery of high-impact strategic programmes from concept through to implementation and long-term embedding., • Take ownership of existing strategic initiatives while scoping and launching new programmes aligned to organisational priorities., • Define clear programme visions, objectives, roadmaps, governance structures and measures of success., • Lead strategic initiatives focused on organisational capability, effectiveness, digital transformation and new ways of working., • Take a leading role in Monster's AI programme, helping develop and execute the strategy across EMEA., • Identify opportunities where AI and technology can improve productivity, reduce manual processes and enhance the employee experience., • Work closely with IT, DevOps, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, HR and wider business teams to deliver strategic initiatives., • Lead change and adoption programmes, ensuring new tools, behaviours and ways of working are successfully embedded across diverse audiences., • Identify and engage external agencies, consultants and subject matter experts to provide specialist expertise, training and support., • Translate complex opportunities and ideas into clear recommendations, practical action plans and compelling presentations for senior leadership., • Ensure robust programme governance, stakeholder accountability, risk management and delivery against agreed timelines and objectives., • Lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and high performance., • Partner with the VP of Monster Capability Development to identify future organisational capability gaps and develop solutions to address them. About You: • Senior-level Programme Director, Programme Manager, Transformation Director or Strategic Projects professional with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-impact programmes., • Significant experience working across technology, digital transformation, organisational capability, business transformation or strategic projects., • A strategic thinker who can connect business strategy with organisational capability and transformation., • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes from strategy through to execution and embedding., • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement experience, with the ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse audiences., • Comfortable operating with senior leadership and presenting complex ideas in a clear, compelling and engaging way., • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, developing business cases and securing investment or stakeholder buy-in., • Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team., • Digitally fluent, with a good understanding of Microsoft 365 and enterprise technology., • Strong awareness of AI and its potential application within a business environment. Hands-on AI programme experience is desirable but not essential., • Data-driven, with the ability to use insights and analytics to inform decisions and measure programme impact., • Highly collaborative, with a genuine interest in people, culture and improving organisational effectiveness., • Experience within FMCG is not essential; candidates from consultancy, agency, technology or other fast-paced environments will also be considered.
