Qualifications: • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE C/4 or above). * First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to undertake). Skills & Attributes: • Strong leadership, conflict-resolution, and calm problem-solving skills under pressure. Proficient with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, tracking tools). Willingness and ability to travel internationally for periods of over 15 days at a time (valid passport required). Desirable Criteria • Relevant Level 3+ qualification in Business Administration, Project, or Events Management. Experience working within Further Education (FE) or Higher Education (HE). Experience working directly with third-party international travel providers. * Valid Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Youth Mental Health First Aid certification.
