Our facility is a mental health inpatient service that provides person-centred care for adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress, and PTSD. Your Role and Responsibilities\n As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will play a key role in supporting our patients' wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include: \n\n • Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans.\n, • Providing practical support and responsive care for patients with intimate personal needs, ensuring compliance with healthcare procedures.\n, • Observing and monitoring patients' wellbeing, promptly reporting any unusual occurrences to senior staff.\n, • Delivering specific interventions as delegated by a Registered Nurse, including patient engagement and management of challenging situations.\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Role\n Essential Qualifications: \n\n • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, patients, and visitors.\n, • Minimum NVQ Level 1 or GCSEs in Mathematics and English.\n, • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.\n, • Basic IT literacy.\nWhat We Offer You\n At Priory, we are committed to your success and growth.
