Our products specialise in helping businesses with all HR & Employment Law matters, so you'll be going in and evaluating their current set up to suggest packages best suited to needs. This is high value sales, so new business brought in up to £250,000 in your first 3 months you get 5% of (£12,500) and anything above this gets you £10% (£25,000). Every client will go into either 3 or 5 year contracts which means you also get ongoing commission from contracts you've put in place too. Think of it this way - by Year 2 not only will you have a constant stream of commission from what you've brought in the last year, your then adding new business onto it too. No wonder our BDM teams are earning anywhere between £155,000 - £300,000. An average sales cycle length is 13 days to close, so your not waiting around, this is fast paced with money coming in literally from all angles. You'll be based on the road looking after your own specific region which means you have the autonomy to run this yourself. However if you see an opportunity outside your territory we are open to you going for it too, with full trust in your sales instincts!
