You’ll use this insight to shape strategic plans, identify improvement opportunities and ensure legal compliance is maintained. * Managing the site HSE budget and capital allocation You’ll identify and prioritise risk reduction opportunities, oversee the annual HSE capital spend and ensure resources are used effectively to support long-term improvements. You’ll also manage claims and work closely with insurers and inspectors during investigations. * Acting as a visible and influential leader across the site You’ll be a proactive member of the Site Leadership Team, championing HSE initiatives and supporting the delivery of site OGSM and CBN targets. Ensure APQP/IATF16949 documentation and standards are maintained throughout the new model process. Co-ordinate new model metrology responsibilities, to ensure all inspection standard and key feature requirements are completed in line with APQP/Project Milestone expectations. Clear interpretation of requirements relating to technical drawing and standards. Support of continuous improvement activities such as kaizen and process audits. Coordinate the submission of supplied part APQP and part approval. Support the new launch related activities, such as SOP ramp up quality planning, Gate review Management, Quality Functional Reviews, etc. Support Quick Response Quality Circle activities in relation to internal and Customer quality issues. About You Ideally qualified to minimum of HNC level in an appropriate discipline or equivalent level of experience. English fluent, additional language is preferred.
