Approach Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a 5* developer, with a reputation for not only a quality product but also a reputation for how well they treat their staff, to work on a development in Leicester.\n\nAbout the role\n\nReporting to the Sales Manager, the successful New Home Sales Consultant will be an expert at selling customers their dream home.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\n * Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale – assist with optional extras as and when required.\n\n * Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser\n\n * Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments\n\n * Liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, Advocate and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion\n\n * Assist clients with optional extras and process their choices\n\n * Deal with any daily telephone/e-mail/postal enquiries\n\n * Circulate details of properties for sale to prospective clients\n\n * Attend show properties on required days to attend to prospective clients\n\n * Ensure the sales area and any show properties are clean, tidy and well presented at all times\n\n * Maintain contact and build lasting relationships with customers\n\n * Ensure purchasers are kept up to date with progress on their plot and development\n\n * Be aware of market trends and remain updated on product knowledge\n\n * Carry out general administration tasks including filing, photocopying, compiling of sales packs.\n\nWhat you will have:\n\nEssential\n\n * Experience of new homes sales\n\n * Excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills\n\n * Strong Microsoft 365 skills\n\n * Excellent rapport building and negotiating skills\n\n * Flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business\n\n * Full UK Driving License\n\nWhat we will offer you:\n\n * Salary between £28,000 - £30,000 + circa £80,000 OTE\n\n * 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)\n\n * £competitive annual bonus (discretionary)\n\n * Up to 5% pension scheme (salary sacrifice scheme)\n\n * 2x salary life assurance (paid option to increase to x4)\n\nIf you are a passionate, career-driven New Home Sales Consultant looking to join one of the UK's most well-respected private house builders - then this is the role for you
