The Recipe for Success: As a Regional Account Manager at Le Creuset, you will be responsible for maximising sales performance, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining our premium positioning across independent and regional accounts within your designated territory. This role requires a strategic and customer-focused approach to account management, ensuring consistent execution of national marketing initiatives, exceptional in-store and online brand representation, and the development of strong, long-term customer relationships. You will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, delivering against sales targets, and embodying the brand’s heritage of quality and innovation in every interaction. This role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with standard working hours of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role involves regular travel across the South and South East of England, covering a territory from Cornwall to Essex. As such, candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays as part of their routine. A full UK driving licence and a high level of flexibility are essential to succeed in this role. What’s on your Daily Menu? • Sales Targets: Meet annual and monthly net sales revenue, volume, and distribution goals as set by the National Sales Manager., • Marketing Execution: Implement national marketing campaigns and ensure premium brand representation both in-store and online., • Account Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts, ensuring high standards in merchandising and product ranging., • Customer Insight: Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business model, challenges, and strategies., • Call Planning: Conduct a minimum of 15 calls per week, including business reviews, product presentations, merchandising, training, and issue resolution., • New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet annual growth targets., • Administration & Compliance: Keep internal teams updated on customer changes and manage co-op funds and adherence to agreements., • Reporting & Meetings: Provide weekly updates, confirm itineraries, and attend meetings, trade shows, and briefings as required. The Perfect Blend: Your ingredients for Success • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or retail management within the housewares sector., • Solid understanding of the housewares market, trends, and customer needs., • GCSE-level (or equivalent) qualifications in English and Maths., • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)., • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills., • Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts across a large region., • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused., • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
