    Job Overview We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of IT solutions and services. As the face of our business, you will proactively engage with prospective clients, understand their business challenges, and recommend tailored technology solutions that deliver value. You will play a key role in managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through to negotiation and closing deals. Duties • Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C markets through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and market research., • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and closing new business., • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients., • Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable IT solutions and services., • Conduct professional product demonstrations, client presentations, and sales meetings., • Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements., • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM systems., • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs., • Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are met., • Stay informed about the latest IT industry trends, SaaS developments, emerging technologies, market news, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities., • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions where required. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in B2B & B2C IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development., • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model, subscription-based sales, recurring revenue, and customer lifecycle management., • Good understanding of BDR (Business Development Representative) and SDR (Sales Development Representative) processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, outreach strategies, and pipeline management., • Ability to understand client business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions., • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Commercially minded, self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven., • Willingness to work extended hours when business demands require., • Willingness to travel across the UK for client meetings and business development activities., • A valid UK driving licence is an advantage., • Fluency in one or more additional languages is highly desirable, with the ability to communicate effectively with international and global clients., • Candidates currently serving a notice period of 30 days or less are preferred., • Immediate or early joiners will be given preference., • Must have the legal right to work in the UK., • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Every year, CAAS supports hundreds of ADHD and autistic children, young people, adults and their families through information, advice, support services, training and community programmes. About You We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and a proven ability to generate income through fundraising activities. You will have: Essential • Experience in a fundraising role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector, • A successful track record in community fundraising, events, individual giving or related income generation, • Experience building relationships with donors, supporters, community groups or corporate partners, • Strong communication and presentation skills, • Excellent written skills, including experience preparing funding applications or fundraising materials, • Experience using a CRM or database to manage supporter information, • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, • A positive, professional and collaborative approach Desirable • Experience supporting fundraising volunteers or volunteer groups, • Corporate fundraising experience, • Experience contributing to larger trust and foundation applications, • Knowledge of digital fundraising and social media campaigns, • A fundraising qualification or equivalent experience, • Full UK driving licence You do not need previous experience of working with ADHD or autistic people.
