HubSpot CRM Administrator Location: London (hybrid, min. 3 days/week in our Farringdon office). We will also consider applications for a remote home-based contract for those who live more than 90 minutes away from the office. About the role We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day management, maintenance and optimisation of our HubSpot platform across sales and marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys systems, process improvement and keeping data organised and accurate. You’ll support teams across the business by building workflows, managing CRM processes, maintaining reporting and ensuring HubSpot is configured effectively to meet changing business needs. You’ll become the go-to person for HubSpot - helping colleagues use the system effectively, improving processes over time, and ensuring the platform continues to support business growth. This is a hands-on role with a mix of administration, technical configuration, reporting and process improvement. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should already be confident using HubSpot and comfortable taking ownership of CRM tasks independently. What will you do? HubSpot administration & maintenance • Manage the day-to-day administration of HubSpot across sales and marketing functions, • Configure contacts, companies, deals, properties and lifecycle stages within the platform, • Maintain user permissions, access settings and general CRM housekeeping, • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations, • Configure internal notifications, lead routing and customer journeys, • Support marketing campaign setup including segmentation and contact management, • Manage imports, exports, deduplication and database hygiene, • Ensure customer and prospect data remains accurate and well structured, • Build and maintain dashboards and reports within HubSpot, • Act as the first point of contact for HubSpot support internally, • Help colleagues troubleshoot CRM issues and improve usage of the platform, • Provide training or guidance where needed, • Support integrations between HubSpot and other business platforms where required, • Assist with implementation projects and testing of new tools or workflows, • Work with external providers when specialist support is needed Skills & experience Essential • Previous hands-on experience using HubSpot in an administration, CRM or marketing operations role (around 2+ years preferred), • Experience building workflows and automations within HubSpot, • Good understanding of CRM principles and database management, • Experience managing imports, segmentation, data quality and reporting, • Strong attention to detail and confidence working with large datasets, • Comfortable managing repetitive administrative tasks alongside improvement projects, • Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively, • HubSpot certifications or completion of HubSpot Academy training, • Experience supporting integrations between systems, • Experience working with marketing automation or sales processes, • Previous experience in media, B2B or commercial environments, • Experience implementing new systems or improving internal processes Personal attributes We’re looking for someone who is: • Organised and methodical, with strong attention to detail, • Comfortable owning a platform and becoming the internal expert over time, • Curious and proactive about finding better ways of working, • Practical and solutions-focused, • Happy balancing strategic improvements with routine administrative work, • Collaborative and approachable, working effectively with different teams across the business Company benefits • 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays), • Additional days off for your birthday, health and well-being day and volunteering day, • Hybrid working arrangements, three days in the office, • Subscription to Group publications and all other online content, • Access to a discounted shopping program, • Cycle to work scheme, • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay, • Enhanced company sick pay after probation Applications meeting the selection criteria will be reviewed as soon as possible.
