About the Role This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee operations from day one while building and developing a high-performing team. Reporting to the Opening General Manager and forming part of the HQ leadership team, you will lead from the front, owning service, standards, and execution during launch, peak trading, and beyond. You will operate within clearly defined systems and processes, ensuring all stock, sales, and operational data is accurately captured as a single source of truth. This role is central to defining how we deliver and scale coffee operations across future locations. What Youll Be Doing Operational Standards & Quality Own all coffee operations, ensuring exceptional drink quality, consistency, and service standards across all trading periods. Manage workflow, pace, calibration, and equipment, acting as the final point of quality control during service. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and lead the barista team, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards. Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride in performance. Operational Management
