Key responsibilities include: Delivering accurate and timely monthly management reporting Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles Providing meaningful financial analysis, insight and risk assessment Partnering with stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performance Supporting the development of robust, evidence-based business cases Constructively challenging and advising non-finance colleagues where appropriate This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insight. About you You will be working towards a professional accountancy qualification (e.g. AAT or equivalent) and bring a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. Strong practical experience using Microsoft Excel and other MS applications A solid understanding of financial processes and coding structures Confidence presenting financial information to a range of stakeholders Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively Experience within a complex or regulated financial environment, financial modelling, or working with commissioners or regulators would be advantageous but is not essential.
