The Role: As an Property Management, you will be a vital part of our property management team, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with tenants, contractors, and property owners. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day management of our property portfolio, including maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing queries and concerns under the guidance of senior team members. Coordinate with contractors and service providers for property maintenance and repairs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements. Support with managing lease agreements, tenant screenings, and move-ins/move-outs. Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection, budgeting for property operations, and expense management. Contribute to strategies that maximize occupancy and rental income. Stay updated on market trends and provide recommendations to the team for property improvements. Requirements: A keen interest in property management and real estate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a desire to learn property management software. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience or exposure to property management, real estate, or related fields (e.g., internships, part-time roles) is a plus, but not required. Min 2 years experience, in an office and familiar with Microsoft office packages. Enthusiasm for learning about local property laws and regulations.
